NEFCHEM HDD108 is a light yellow colored free flowing powder with a synergistic blend of alkaline, emulsifying, buffering, water softening and wetting agents for heavy duty degreasing and cleaning in the kitchen and other food processing areas.
USER INSTRUCTION:
NEFCHEM HDD108 should be used for kitchen cleaning and heavily soiled area. However, the concentration will vary depending upon the amount of deposit to be removed. Use 10 gms to 15 gms per litre of water, depending upon the nature and thickness of the soil.
NEFCHEM HDD108 is suited to maintain cleaning operation, in catering establishments, etc. for the cleaning of deep fat fryer, use a solution of 20 - 30 gms per litre of water and boil for 20 minutes, empty fryer, rinse clean and allow to dry.
